Installation Instructions

After you have installed and activated the plugin, it can be used immediately.

After installation, the plugin is configured so that only paid tickets are released.

Quick Test Recommendation

For testing, we recommend the following procedure:

  1. Disable the option "Release ticket only after payment"

  2. Mark a product as a ticket on the product configuration page

  3. Leave personalization fields disabled or empty

  4. Perform a test order and check ticket delivery

We recommend testing the plugin first with default settings and only then adapting the configuration to your specific scenarios.

Fresh Installation / Reset

If you have changed the plugin settings before testing it, you can reinstall the plugin — this will reset all settings to their defaults.

If you select "Permanently remove all app data", the database table will be deleted. After reinstalling the plugin, it must be completely reconfigured.

Important for Updates (from v3.2.3)

From v3.2.3, each sales channel must be configured individually. The configuration under "All Sales Channels" will be ignored by the plugin for some settings.
