GOLLE IT provides a free ticket scanner app. You can use the app to validate tickets at the entrance of your event.
Important: The HTTPS protocol is required for communication between the plugin and the app.
The ticket scanner app is available from v3.3.0 onwards. Version 1.1.0 of the ticket scanner app is required.

The ticket scanner app is available in the Apple AppStore for iOS and in the Google PlayStore for Android. You can find the app under the name "Tickets for Shopware" or download it directly using the following links:
Setting up the app
From v3.4.6 onwards, the 'Tickets (GOLLE IT)' permission is required for this function.
To set up the app, please install the latest version of the "Tickets for Shopware" plugin from the Shopware Store.
In the admin area, go to Settings -> System -> Tickets. In the App API section, click "Enable". An email will be sent with a PDF document containing a QR code. The email address of the user you are logged in with will be used.
Download the ticket scanner app to your smartphone/tablet and launch it.
Scan the QR code with the app when prompted.
The app is now fully set up.
When you click "Enable App API", the plugin automatically creates a new integration named "FgitsTicketsApi". The QR code contains the URL to your shop as well as the API key.
Please share the QR code only with trusted persons and destroy it after setting up all apps. Under certain circumstances, the contents of the QR code could give people access to the Shopware backend.
