The Shopware AutoInvoice plugin automates invoicing completely after order receipt. Through the settings, you can configure under which conditions an invoice should be sent to the customer and a delivery note, for example, to accounting or the shop operator.
Design your professional invoices directly in the Shopware backend. The plugin then sends these in PDF format with all important order information to the customer.

Generation of invoice and delivery note in PDF format
Automatic sending of the invoice to the customer. Optionally invoice + delivery note to defined email addresses.
Consideration of payment & order status: Select a specific payment and order status at which the invoice should be sent.
All generated documents are stored in the order and can be easily accessed in the backend at any time.
The plugin supports multilingual sub-shops including translated email and invoice templates.
Export option for all invoices + delivery notes with corresponding file names to a directory on the server.
Restrict invoice sending to individual customer groups (e.g. business customers) and payment methods.
Delivery note and invoice copy can be sent to an email address of the shop operator and, for example, accounting.
The invoice can also be sent manually at the click of a button directly from the order view in the backend.
All email templates can be conveniently edited via the Shopware backend. All variables from the sORDER email are available in the emails.
