Troubleshooting

The plugin was developed with great care and subjected to extensive testing. Unfortunately, malfunctions cannot be completely ruled out.

Clearing the Cache
In general, many problems can be resolved by refreshing the cache. To do this, open the Settings → Caches / Performance menu in the backend. Select Clear Shop Cache. Reload the page and check if the problem persists.

Reinstalling the Plugin
If the steps described above do not help, please uninstall the plugin via the Plugin Manager. Check if the problem persists.
