New: As of May 2020, GOLLE IT provides a free ticket scanner app. You can use the app to validate tickets at the entrance of your event.
Download the App
The ticket scanner app is available in the Apple AppStore for iOS and in the Google PlayStore for Android. You can find the app under the name "Tickets for Shopware" or download it directly via the following links:
Setting up the App
To set up the app, please install the latest version of the "Tickets for Shopware" plugin from the Shopware Store.
- Check that you have at least version 2.3.0 of our Shopware plugin installed.
- Then you will find a new menu item in the Shopware backend under Products → FgitsTickets → Enable App-API. Click on it. The backend should now display a PDF with a QR code.
- Download the Ticket Scanner app to your smartphone / tablet and launch it.
- Scan the QR code with the app when prompted.
- The app is now fully set up.
When you click on "Enable App-API", the plugin automatically creates a new Shopware user named "Tickets API". A random, strong password and an API key are generated. The QR code contains the URL to your shop as well as the API key.
Please only share the QR code with trusted persons and destroy it after setting up all apps. The contents of the QR code can, under certain circumstances, give people access to the Shopware backend.
