Upsell Popups
Displays targeted product recommendations as a popup — either when adding a product to the cart or when visiting the cart page. Optionally with a discount.
Use Cases
Customer adds laptop to cart → Popup: "Matching laptop bag with 10% discount"
Visits cart page → Popup: "Recommended for you: Premium insurance"
Create New Upsell Popup
Marketing > Marketing Suite > Upsell Popups
Click on "+ New Upsell Popup"
General Settings

Triggers & Products
Field | Description |

Trigger Type | Determines when the popup appears. |
Product Added to Cart | Popup appears when a specific product is added. |
Cart Page Visited | Popup appears when the cart page is opened. |
Trigger Product | If set, the popup only appears for this product (optional). |
Recommended Product | The product suggested in the popup (required field). |

Design

Popup Position | Position of the popup on the page. |
Centered (Modal Overlay) | Large popup in the center. |
Corner (Bottom Right) | Small popup in the corner. |
Accent Color | Color for button and discount badge. |

Corner Radius | Rounding of popup corners. |
Restrictions
