Cart Goals
What does this module do?
Displays a progress bar in the customer's cart to motivate them to buy more. When a target value is reached, the customer receives a reward — for example, free shipping or a free product.

Create a new cart goal
Marketing > Marketing Suite > Cart Goals
Click on "+ New Cart Goal"
General
Setting | Description |

Milestones (Tiers)
A cart goal can have one or more tiers:
Tier 1: e.g. €30 = Free shipping
Tier 2: e.g. €60 = Free product
Tier 3: e.g. €100 = Premium gift
Per tier:
Setting | Description |

Target value (EUR) | At what cart value the tier is unlocked |
Free shipping when reached | Automatically set shipping costs to €0 |
Free product | Optional product that is added when reached |
Progress message | Text that is displayed (e.g. "Only {remaining} more until free shipping!") |
Goal reached message | Text when the goal is reached |
The placeholder {remaining} is automatically replaced with the missing amount.

Calculation logic
Calculate cart value based on:

Set up free shipping
For free shipping to work, Shopware needs to know when shipping costs should be €0.
In the Cart Goals overview, there is a section "Set up free shipping":
Select the shipping methods for which free shipping should apply
Click on "Set up now"
The plugin automatically creates a €0 shipping price with a Shopware condition. This step is only needed once and can be repeated at any time.
