The invoice export can be used to export all invoices from the system to a specific folder. This can be useful, for example, to provide the PDF documents to your tax advisor, etc.
Prerequisites
For the invoice export to work correctly, you must specify a directory in the plugin settings where the invoice documents should be exported. The directory must be created by you before the first export and equipped with the appropriate write permissions by the web server.
Using the Invoice Export
To use the invoice export, you can start the export either via the button under Customers → AutoInvoice → Start Invoice Export or you can enable the integrated cronjob "AutoInvoice Invoice Export". The cronjob is disabled by default.
