Invoice Export Not Working

Problem

The "Export Invoice" button shows an error, or the export folder is empty.

Troubleshooting

  • Check in the plugin settings whether the correct path is configured. The path is relative to the Shopware installation directory.

  • Make sure that the web server (Apache, Nginx, ..) has write permissions in this folder (e.g. "chmod 0777"). If necessary, contact your hosting provider or system administrator.
